For the last two years I have worked with the Delaware County Children’s Special Advocacy Network investigating child sex crimes. I would like to express my thanks for the quality of training I have received from your instructors and the high quality cutting edge cell phone and computer forensic programs that your company offers.
I have been in law enforcement for many years and have attended all types of training offered by various colleges, agencies and companies, but nothing has truly compared to what your company offers. Every instructor of every class I have attended over the years has told me that I can call if I have questions or need any help after the class is over. Unfortunately, most of these instructors don’t answer their phone messages or respond to their e-mails, and those who do respond often take weeks or charge a fee for their help. All this while my case sits because there wasn’t enough time to cover this particular scenario or problem during the class I attended.
Paraben, on the other hand, truly offers 24 hour live body customer service that is incredible! Paraben has assisted me on cases late at night and on weekends when other companies would force me to hold the case until normal weekday business hours (unfortunately my shift seldom overlaps with normal business hours). And, at no time has Paraben charged me for their help or left me without an answer.

After over 40 years in the data and communications industry I thought that I could not be surprised by cell, GPS and handheld forensics. I was fortunate enough to attend the Paraben class and was blown away about the nuances and the depth of data contained within cell, handheld and GPS devices.
The instructor, Nick Holicky, was awesome! His knowledge and skill as he lead us through this new world of data devices and how to use the Paraben technology to make these complex acquisitions of data, easy and the data understandable.
Anyone that may be required to have access to this new world should attend these classes. Private Investigators, Law Enforcement, Attorneys, Corporate Security, Cell Providers , Military and more will gain great knowledge about the new world of data devices!

Paraben's Network Seizure training provides a comprehensive overview of the building blocks of Microsoft networks. This information is presented in a clear and concise manner that leaves no doubt that this is not simply a rehashed network administration class. Material presented is balanced between sufficiently detailed to understand "why" the system works the way it does and the practical "how and where" of obtaining useful evidence. Any given network seized whether through a search warrant or civil subpoena will be structured slightly differently. Understanding the "right" way to put together a network is often of little use. Forensic investigators must often learn to unravel the accumulation of years of unplanned growth.
