Now that you've taken all the training classes and completed 6 months of practical examinations, you're ready to get certified. The first step is to fill out your PCFE Test Request for you and your proctor.
Next, you will need to verify that you have read the the PCFE Code of Professional Ethics below:
The PCFE Code of Professional Ethics sets the standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality to which all certificate candidates shall be bound with respect to their diligence during the examination process. Suspected violations of the PCFE Code of Professional Ethics will be taken very seriously. Paraben has set high ethical standards for all PCFE candidates and they are expected to abide by the following rules:
All work must be done solely by the individual applicant.
Applicants may not corroborate, work jointly, cheat or plagiarize anyone else’s work.
Setting up or belonging to groups, workgroups, chatrooms, listservers, etc. that discuss the PCFE case files, grades, scores, the grading system or any issues in the PCFE process will be considered a violation of this code.
Any violation will result in the immediate removal of the applicant from the process, revocation of any certification received and the forfeiture of any fee paid.
You must read, understand and agree to abide by the PCFE Code of Professional Ethics before beginning the PCFE process. We will not allow any online examinations to be scheduled until the ethics form has been received.
